About the Job
RONA is seeking an Administrative Support Associate to join its store administration team. In this role, you will help ensure smooth store operations by supporting hiring managers, coordinating HR activities, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with business reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Assist hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with recruiting tasks, including job postings, resume management, interview guides, background checks, offer letters, career day participation, and onboarding planning

Handle payroll-related administration, including change letters, terminations, government documentation, and new hire paperwork

Coordinate internal/external training sessions, arrange travel when needed, and maintain compliance-related licenses (e.g., first aid, equipment operation)

Distribute HR communications and assist with related activity logistics

Support managers in maintaining schedules and ensuring attendance requirements are met

Generate, distribute, and maintain business-related reports for store management

Assist with clerical, administrative, and transactional tasks as required
