Job Description
First Stop Health is seeking an experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support talent acquisition efforts, with a heavy focus on the clinical recruitment side of the business, with opportunity to support other areas as needed. This includes candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, tracking updates and candidate progress, conducting reference checks as necessary, and completing recruitment administrative tasks for all clinical roles. In this role, you will assist in recommending, improving, and seeking out best practices for the business to improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Healthcare Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and administrative support, and eventually train on candidate sourcing strategy
- Support rapid clinical hiring needs by coordinating high volumes of interviews, screenings, and candidate communications with urgency and attention to detail while maintaining flexibility and composure
- Manage resume intake from sourced candidates, ensuring alignment with position requirements and screening criteria
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams throughout the hiring process
- Monitor and track interview stages, maintaining up-to-date and organized records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and various candidate trackers
- Post open roles to the ATS by uploading finalized job descriptions and ensuring accurate role configuration
- Support process consistency and ensure hiring practices are compliant with company and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with interview teams to present qualified candidates and facilitate smooth interview scheduling
- Maintain a positive and professional personal brand on social media (i.e., LinkedIn) to assist our ability to reach top talent
- Provide backup support for general HR administrative functions such as offer letter preparation, reference checks, or compliance documentation, and recruitment on the business side during peak hiring periods
- Contribute to a growing HR function with opportunities to expand responsibilities as the company scales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience supporting recruitment efforts in a healthcare, telemedicine, or clinical setting required
- Familiarity with clinical job functions and terminology (e.g., MD, NP, LCSW, RN, etc.). Understanding of various mental health clinician licensure in each U.S. state highly desirable
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills, particularly when interacting with clinical leadership and provider candidates
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and deploy efforts to critical issues in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
