Job Description
We are seeking a driven and engaging Student Recruitment and Conversion Officer to join a dynamic team supporting the regional operations of a prestigious foreign university. As a key member of an established team, you will represent the university at educational events, helping prospective students navigate their journey from enquiry through to enrolment.
What You’ll Do
- Represent the university at school visits, college outreach, and education fairs across Pakistan.
- Deliver informative, inspiring presentations to students, teachers, and parents.
- Engage directly with applicants to provide timely follow-up and support throughout the admissions process.
- Coordinate with internal team members to align marketing, recruitment, and agent activity.
- Input and manage applicant engagement records using CRM systems
- Support the university’s visibility and reputation through professional, proactive outreach
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, counselling, or education outreach (preferred)
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel regularly for recruitment activities and events
- Confidence using digital tools and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce or similar systems)
- A proactive attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively within a structured team
Compensation
- Starting Salary: PKR 80,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
- Increments: Annual performance-based increases of 5%–10%, subject to review
