What You’ll Do
- Support Shopify Brands: Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media with clarity, care, and professionalism.
- Assist with Orders and More: Help customers with order updates, tracking, product questions, returns, and more.
- Use the Right Tools: Work in platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk to deliver smooth and efficient service every time.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or with Shopify
- Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk is a big plus
- A friendly, problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to help
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations efficiently
Tech Requirements
- Personal computer or laptop with an i5 processor (or equivalent)
- Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed
