 Job Description

IT Support

• All regular IT-related matters such as troubleshooting and ensuring the technical specification of hardware/software at the time of purchasing.
• Maintain complete updated hardware/software records/data with description.
• Execution and monitoring of all regular IT duties.
• Coordinate with user departments and suppliers to ensure the technical specification in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
• Working on day-to-day troubleshooting of the staff’s IT requirements, and getting the vendor involved wherever required.
•  Responsible for the purchase of IT hardware, and software for the office premises.
• Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, and safety standards.
• Provide technical support in procurement.
• Adhere to the confidentiality of the department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

SAP Business One Support:

Responsible for providing technical and functional support to users of the SAP Business One ERP system. This role involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, training end-users, and ensuring that the ERP solution aligns with business processes.

• Provide first-line support for SAP Business One issues, including user queries, errors, and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve functional and technical problems, escalating to senior teams or vendors when necessary.
• Monitor the performance of SAP Business One and its integrations with other systems.
• Perform routine system checks and updates, including database maintenance and backup procedures.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and usability.
• Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing guidance to existing users.
• Develop and maintain user documentation, including manuals, FAQs, and quick reference guides.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP Business One to align with business processes.
• Work with the development team or consultants to implement additional modules, reports, or enhancements as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP Business One.
• Support data migration, imports, and exports as required by the business.
• Design and generate custom reports to meet business requirements.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management using system analytics.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure the ERP supports organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with third-party vendors or consultants for advanced system requirements.
