Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Promote company services to prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with the counseling and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and conversion.
- Attend networking events, seminars, and expos to represent the company and expand its reach.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies tailored to target segments (students, skilled workers, investors, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and destination countries.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience in the immigration industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of international work migration processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
