Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Representative at Independent Freedom Elevated. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. The role will also involve data entry and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Basic Computer Literacy skills for data entry and using customer service software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service will be a plus
