About the job

Requirements:

✅ At least 2 years of experience in chat-based CSR

✅ Prior QA experience (knows how to review quality chats)

✅ Excellent written English

✅ Able to check chats for tone, grammar, and protocol adherence

✅ Can create KPIs, evaluate performance & assign scores

✅ Detail-oriented with strong observation skills


🕒 Shifts: 8AM–4PM | 4PM–12AM | 12AM–8AM (2 resources per shift)
