What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute plans for market activities and community outreach
• Develop strategic relationships with health plans, physicians, and community partners
• Engage with potential and current patients at community events
• Maintain and update activities and leads in the CRM platform
• Plan and execute local events to promote membership growth and retention

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in marketing project management, communications, or event planning, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Must have a current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
• Experience in sales and marketing campaign development
• Proven ability to organize and follow up effectively
