What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary liaison for patient admissions, coordinating with referral sources and clinics
• Obtain necessary demographic, financial, and clinical information to ensure timely patient placement
• Manage case loads efficiently while utilizing Salesforce CRM for tracking and documentation
• Assist in the admissions process by completing preliminary paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues impacting the admissions process

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• 2 – 4 years of related experience in a customer service or sales role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately enter information into a database system
• Proficient in standard office applications, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets

• Experience with Salesforce or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Proven ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures positively
