I’m helping Zambrero find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Live Chat Specialist.
You will deliver fast, empathetic chat support to enhance each customer’s experience
Compensation:
USD 25 - 35/hour
+ Bonuses (up to 20% of base compensation)

Responsibilities and more:
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
