What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Protect and grow customer loyalty among a designated set of base customers by delivering exceptional service
  • Support sales team members with customer queries and needs, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
  • Tailor the value proposition to maximize business opportunities with existing customers
  • Execute strategic outbound campaigns to retain and expand current accounts while attracting new clients
  • Manage leads effectively using the CRM system and provide feedback on outbound campaigns for improvement


What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B, hospitality, travel, or beverage sectors
  • Ability to travel at least 10%
  • Customer service and/or tele sales experience preferred
