We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional **Call Center Agent** to join our Columbus team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support to ensure client satisfaction. **Responsibilities**

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain records of interactions and transactions using internal systems
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics and goals
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to better assist customers

Qualifications

**Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and call center software
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
