Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS system.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support performance management and appraisal systems.
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Check references of candidates upon request of Coordination
- Prepare employment contracts for new staff
- Ensure that attendance sheets, leave request forms and other required forms are maintained in the area office.
