Rech International is a dynamic and growing company committed to creating a positive and productive work environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager - Human Resources - to join our HR team and help shape our people strategy and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the HR Manager in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS system.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Check references of candidates upon request of Coordination
  • Prepare employment contracts for new staff
  • Ensure that attendance sheets, leave request forms and other required forms are maintained in the area office.
