  • We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and client-focused Amazon Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage multiple brand accounts, oversee ad spend and growth strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive measurable success on Amazon.


About the Role:

  • As an Amazon Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic lead for your client portfolio—overseeing performance, managing deliverables, and aligning brand goals with platform opportunities. You’ll guide your clients through growth with clarity, accountability, and care.


What You’ll Do:

  • 📦 Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • 📊 Oversee ad budgets, keyword strategy, and campaign performance
  • 🧠 Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with client goals
  • 🗂 Coordinate tasks with internal SEO, creative, and operations teams
  • 📞 Lead client communication, reporting, and monthly strategy reviews
  • 📈 Monitor KPIs, flag issues early, and identify upsell opportunities
  • ✔️ Ensure consistent execution and timely delivery across accounts


You’re a Fit If You Have:

  • 2–3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience (flat files, FBA, PPC, SEO, reinstatements, Helium10)
  • Prior experience in client-facing or account management roles
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising and listing optimization
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Confidence using tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Zoom
  • A proactive mindset and deep sense of ownership over outcomes
