The company is growing rapidly and seeks technical support specialists to join their 24/7/365 support team. The role involves supporting end users such as physicians, nurses, and system administrators with account management, education, schedule management, application builds, revisions, and troubleshooting. Candidates must be willing to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and some holidays. The position requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided with a Monday-Friday day shift schedule initially, then transitioning to assigned shifts. The role is remote but candidates must be located within the United States. Responsibilities include handling client communications via phone, chat, and portal, training users, troubleshooting message delivery and content issues, configuring custom applications, managing user accounts, and collaborating with other teams on escalated issues. The job requires sitting for extended periods, good hearing, English proficiency, and the ability to perform repetitive hand motions.
