• Ensure customer satisfaction through enthusiastic and caring suppo

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Availability to work all scheduled shifts, including weekends
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers
• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of insurance processes and terminology
