What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide customer service by answering calls and responding to inquiries from policyholders, medical providers, and sales agents regarding life, health, and ancillary insurance policies
  • Process changes related to premiums, deductibles, and terminations while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
  • Document customer claims and maintain accurate records to fulfill requests from policyholders and providers
  • Research and collaborate with internal departments to resolve complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues as necessary
  • Train and mentor less experienced customer success representatives, offering coaching and sup

What Is Required (Qualifications)


  • High school diploma or GED equivalence
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience
  • Familiarity with customer success principles and processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective listening abilities
  • General knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain metrics as a Customer Success Specialist
