The City of Roseville is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our Community Development Department. This front-line position plays a vital role in assisting residents, contractors, and internal staff with permit-related questions and processes.
Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and online; managing permitting software and data entry; processing payments; and helping improve departmental operations through community feedback.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of customer service and data entry experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
