**About the Role**


We are seeking a highly organized and personable CSR Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This position requires a minimum of three days per week reporting to our corporate office located at 1500 W 3rd St, Cleveland, Ohio, with the remaining days working remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for routing phone calls, conducting online research, processing orders via our proprietary software, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will support our operational functions and help maintain smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**


  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on a multi-line system, providing information or taking messages as needed.
  • Conduct online research to support project needs, client inquiries, and internal requests.
  • Process orders using proprietary software, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Organize and prepare electronic files, folders, and documentation to maintain organized records.
  • Create, modify, and manage documents and emails utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to the appropriate destination.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as collecting, sorting, and distributing mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
  • Assist with preparing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
  • Fully adhere to company policies, procedures, and work directives to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Resolve internal and external customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Support team members with tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a high level of organization and time management, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support company initiatives, including participating in special projects and continuous improvement efforts.


*Required Qualifications**


  • A high school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two years of related administrative or customer support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud-based solutions such as Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**


  • Experience with proprietary or specialized business software.

  • Prior experience in a land surveying, engineering, or real estate environment is a plus.
