About The Role
We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional service to customers by handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products and services. As the voice of major nationwide brands, you’ll be responsible for creating a great customer experience from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide excellent support with empathy, product knowledge, and professionalism
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while identifying sales opportunities to recommend relevant products or services
- Process orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
- Participate in paid training and ongoing development
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience; at least 6 months in a virtual or call center setting
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable upselling and recommending services
- Self-motivated with time management skills in a remote work environment
- Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma or GED
- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas
Technical Requirements
- Cable or Fiber Internet only (no DSL, satellite, dial-up, or cellular)
- Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
- Ping rate under 100 ms
- Dedicated, quiet workspace with desk and chair
- Webcam required during work hours
