About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and assist with a wide range of post-purchase inquiries—from order tracking to return processing. If you are a strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls regarding recent purchases
- Assist with tracking orders, checking statuses, processing returns, and resolving general concerns
- Offer timely and accurate solutions using internal systems and tools
- Manage escalated interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Occasionally support upselling or cross-selling efforts when appropriate
- Accurately document and follow up on customer interactions
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Comfortable navigating iOS/macOS or similar platforms
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skillsHigh-speed internet: wired connection (no Wi-Fi/satellite); download 10 Mbps+, upload 3 Mbps+, ping
- A private and secure home workspace with a door
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Must reside in an eligible U.S. hiring zone
