This role will focus on building key People KPIs, identifying trends that support a lean, efficient organization, and delivering robust reporting and dashboards tailored for senior leadership. The ideal candidate will unify our people data into a single source of truth and provide insights to guide strategic workforce decis
- ions.Design dashboards and reports, deliver analytics insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to present analytics, and measure targets. Support the broader team with expertise in People Analytics by creating methodologies, processes, and guides to enable business functions through data anal

Pay &
