About The Talent Coordinator


MarketStar is currently seeking a Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) teams. As a Talent Coordinator, you will provide key administrative support, focusing on behind-the-scenes tasks that keep processes running smoothly. This role is responsible for organizing and maintaining internal documentation, maintaining records in the HRIS/ATS, preparing reports, and assisting with data entry related to recruitment and HR activities. The Talent Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across People Success administrative functions.


Location: Utah Remote


What will you do? 


  • Drive creation and maintenance of requestions in the ATS by working with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure accuracy 
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, senior leadership, and other support partners to ensure all candidates and employees have a seamless experience in their interactions with TA and HR 
  • Provide administrative support to the HR function, including processing requested data changes in the HRIS and correctly updating employment documentation as needed. 
  • Support employment verification processes in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Ensure the highest level of accuracy for entering and maintaining data in HR systems (Workday), to support data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards 
  • Manage and maintain organized documentation to support internal controls, audits, and compliance requirements 
  • Assist leaders with special projects that could include employee appreciation and recognition, lunch and learn trainings, birthday/anniversary celebrations, and recruitment events 
  • Other applicable duties as assigned 


What Will You Need to Succeed? 


  • Prior experience providing administrative support to HR or TA teams is preferred 
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools; experience with Workday or similar HRIS/ATS platforms is a plus 
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across teams 
  • High level of ownership and attention to detail, with discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information 
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and improve processes 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision 
  • Self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of collaboration and team support 
  • Proficiency with common business applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ATS platforms
