Position Summary:
The Operational Process Optimization Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency by developing and implementing robust administrative processes and investigating data flows. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to optimize business operations and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
This role is part of the North America Claims Operation team and reports directly to the Manager of Workforce Optimization & Claims Operational Analytics.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Investigate and analyze data flows across various systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in data flows and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrate a consistent commitment to accuracy, accountability and clear communication in all tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing administrative processes and investigating data flows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.
