Designs and implements cross-channel digital marketing campaigns. Develops creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through digital channels.Job Responsibility
- Ensures the development of marketing, merchandising, and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through digital channels.
- Develops different qualitative and quantitative research techniques to garner and unearth insights that spark the creative process.
- Guides the design of digital experiences across the path to purchase from.
- Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and portal sites that are strategically aligned with the digital goals.
- Tracks usage trends of the organization's websites, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact.
- Develops website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity, and brands through a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces and multimedia delivered for the web.
- Ensures that the organization's website provides up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information that is easily available to existing and potential customers.
- Responsible for social media marketing and online community management.
- Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

- Experience in photography and videography.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Open to hybrid and going to sites as needed (Westchester area)
- Open to one day onsite in New Hyde Park

- Tracked performance and develops different qualitative and quantitative research techniques to garner and unearth insights to maximize reach and engagement, and identify areas of strategic improvement.
- Performed social listening and community management to keep a pulse on relevant topical discussions and overall brand sentiment.
- Assisted with crisis management, bad reviews, feedback, and negative news communications.
- Moderated user-generated content and messages as per company and community standards.
- Engaged with community members to build meaningful connections, encourage community networking, and maintain and enhance their relationship with the brand.
- Maintained social media profiles, ensuring information represented on corporate social channels is up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Communicated regular reporting and campaign results to leadership.
