Pay Range: $20.55 to $29.82
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Full Time Recruiting Coordinator, La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Recruiting Department is looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and adaptable coworker to assist the department in a Coordinator role. The responsibilities associated with this position may change frequently, and with that, we are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is comfortable completing a wide variety of recruiting and administrative support responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain relationships with area schools and community organizations to build talent pipeline for Kwik Trip Support Center
- Attend career fairs
- Post positions on Handshake
- Screen and interview candidates for Support Center and Retail as needed
- Work with schools, students, and Kwik Trip managers to establish and maintain early talent pipelines including apprenticeships and internships
- Connect and communicate with students via communication portals
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting department
- Assist with creating and distributing departmental reports
- Create spreadsheets to assist with tracking various metrics, recruiting tactics, etc.
- Provide first level support for Recruiting technologies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Possess strong skills with Microsoft Office programs – especially Excel
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to process, interpret and communicate (verbal and written) information to applicants in a professional manner
- Ability to speak comfortably in front of groups of various sizes and ages
- Ability to form meaningful connections with others
- Proven organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work with others in a team-based atmosphere
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime hours (9a-5p), some evenings may be required. Travel is required and will be frequent during peek career fair season.
