What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Read and decipher customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via print catalog, and online
- Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Verify data accuracy before entry and check for consistency in the system
- Report any data errors or anomalies to the supervisor
- Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties for approximately three hours daily
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension skills
- Critical thinking and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Patience for repetitive work
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Reading knowledge of English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- 1-2 years of experience with data entry and/or filing
- Social perceptiveness and service orientation
