As a Hospitality Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, business associates, vendors, and recruits. Your role will involve greeting and directing them to the appropriate person or department in a friendly and professional manner. You will also assist in booking and executing successful meetings, ensuring that clients' needs are met and finding ways to go above and beyond during their visit. Additionally, you will manage incoming calls on the main switchboard console, determining the purpose of the call and directing it to the appropriate destination.


As a Hospitality Meeting Coordinator, You May


  • Greet all visitors and provide information, directions, or assistance to create memorable experiences.
  • Receive and route incoming calls professionally, collecting important information before transferring.
  • Assist with meeting and event execution, working closely with the Hospitality team.
  • Support the booking and lifecycle of meetings and events, handling administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to other departments, including admin tasks and special projects.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional workspace, ensuring proper delivery of items and communicating guest arrivals.
  • Train temporary and new team members and cross-train with associates in other areas.
  • Work a variety of hours to meet department needs and event demands.

What We Look For


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college education preferred.
  • Hospitality and customer service experience required.
  • Event, front desk/receptionist, and switchboard experience preferred.
  • Experience in ReServe Cloud Software is a bonus.
  • Superior customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently, handle clients professionally, and manage challenging situations.
  • Maintain regular, predictable attendance and a professional appearance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and identify areas for improvement.
