Remote Location: Southern MN or Northern IA (Preferred) The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing marketing content that supports the integration of our USA and Mexico business units. This position should have a strong understanding of digital platforms including social media and websites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about marketing and content creation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create effective internal and external marketing communication. Facilitate content creation and implementation on Devenish North America website and social media channels. Support complete marketing integration and communication for Devenish Mexico and Devenish USA. Implementation of projects and/or tactics aligned with the content plan and creative briefs. Develop written information consistent with corporate business goals, objectives and brand alignment. Work with marketing staff to produce marketing materials in accordance with brand messages. Create, translate, and adapt marketing materials (brochures, product sheets, articles, newsletters, etc.) in both English and Spanish. Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging across materials. Assist in the planning and promotion of trade shows, webinars, and customer events. Ensure brand consistency across all external communications. Stay current with industry trends, competitor messaging, and digital marketing best practices.
