The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various marketing channels. This role collaborates with multiple business units and external partners to create and implement compelling content plans that drive revenue and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to create monthly content plans for promotions.
- Collaborate with internal and external designers to manage design, production, and distribution of marketing content. Collaborate with internal and external designers to project manage design of materials. Lead coordination, design feedback, production, and trafficking across marketing channels.
- Manage content management systems, ensuring accuracy, scheduling and distribution across multiple marketing channels.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the promotional content, verifying that all stores have the appropriate promotions. Monitor and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Research, develop, and implement optimizations based on data insights and customer engagement trends.
- Oversee advertising budgets and process payments/invoices.

Compensation
Starting pay range: $62,500-$82,000. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to grow within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or similar areas of emphasis; or equivalent years of experience directly related to marketing or communications is required.
- At least three years of experience directly related to marketing or communications is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving, project management and multi-tasking skills.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to remain organized.
- Able to manage large amounts of complex data within Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate integrity, high energy, initiative, and self-confidence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint.
- Minimal travel will be required approximately 10% of the time.
