Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Coordinator with a proven track record in D2C e-commerce to help strategize, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess excellent project management skills, and have a deep understanding of the D2C landscape and digital marketing channels. You will be instrumental in bringing our marketing visions to life, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma for content design and component management
- Proven experience optimizing email flows in Klaviyo (or other email manager)
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
- Ability to juggle multiple brands and campaigns efficiently.
- Organizational skills to manage marketing experiments and designers
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the existing team to own campaigns across multiple brands.
- Take a marketing calendar for upcoming sales, product releases, and PR, then develop email and other relevant content.
- Coordinate with designers & copywriters as needed to get content made.
- Coordinate with the social media team to ensure posts get published
- Manage & optimize email flows.
Nice to have
- Experience using Notion or Asana for project management and collaboration.
- Adobe Illustrator proficiency
- Shopify experience
Working conditions
Available for meetings within at least 4 hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
