What You’ll Be Doing
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Tracking and Monitoring Shipments: Keep a close eye on all shipments, ensuring that delivery timelines are met and any issues are addressed proactively.
Inspecting Received Goods: Cross-check incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices to verify accuracy and quality.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and reject or report any goods that don't meet our standards.
Shipping Documentation: Prepare, process, and manage all shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
Coordinating with Carriers: Work closely with shipping companies like USPS, FedEx, UPS, and others to arrange pickups, deliveries, and resolve any transportation issues.
Warehouse Support: Schedule shipments, receive incoming stock, and help maintain orderly and well-documented warehouse operations.
Problem-Solving: Identify any bottlenecks or issues in the supply chain and work with the team to find practical, effective solutions.
Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to keep many moving parts working together will be key to success in this role.Who We’re Looking For
