We’re looking for a data-driven Growth Hacker to help us attract top-tier contractors—especially highly skilled coders—to our platform for paid hourly work. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love experimentation, and know how to attract and convert a technical audience, we want to hear from you.
The Role
- Own and manage the end-to-end user acquisition funnel
- Design and execute lean, creative experiments across channels (e.g., paid ads, organic, referral, community)
- Optimize campaign performance and conversion rates based on data
- Drive targeted traffic from high-value communities and platforms
- Report on key metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
Your profile:
- Has scaled growth for B2C products, especially in the tech/talent/startup space.
- Own and execute the contractor acquisition funnel from top to bottom.
- Launch and iterate on creative, cost-effective experiments across multiple channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Identify and pursue high-impact opportunities to drive targeted traffic
- Optimize conversion rates through landing page testing, funnel tweaks, and messaging improvements
- Has a proven track record scaling user acquisition for freelancer or talent platforms
- Deep understanding of technical audiences and what motivates them
- Strong grasp of paid acquisition, content marketing, and viral loops
