JOB TITLE: Graphic Designer REVISION DATE : 4/17/2025 DIVISION: Cannabis Dispensary REPORTS TO: Senior Marketing Manager EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time, Non-Exempt SUMMARY AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION: The Graphic Designer at the Company plays a key role in supporting the marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with the Marketing Team to assist in content creation, event coordination, and to support sales operations. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create marketing materials Design social media imagery Design banding and packaging materials for all brands Design In store signage, TV graphics, and advertisements Create weekly email content Design of booth materials (tent, tablecloths, flags, etc.) TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in design software (adobe illustrator, Canva). Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Spring Big, Slack, and Dutchie. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members, clients, and customers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and a team player, capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Creative and artistic mindset with a strong attention to detail. The duties and responsibilities described above may provide only a partial description of this position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree in graphic arts, marketing, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred). 4 years of experience in marketing, design, art creation, or a similar role within the design industry. Professional appearance, attitude, and interpersonal/social skills Must complete the application and Cannabis Commission licensing process in a timely and professional manner. High school diploma / GED A valid State issued Driver's License A Passport quality photo Must be 21 years of age or older Must successfully pass a background check Must successfully pass a drug test for all substances non-cannabis WORKING CONDITIONS: Full-time position based in Minnesota The position involves both office-based and off-site work, including travel for events, making flexibility and adaptability important for success. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required. Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to meet travel requirements. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
