About The Role
The Creative Brand Team at Trimble is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Graphic Designer to join us in Princeton, New Jersey (preferred) or remotely within the US. This role will focus on transforming long-form content, digital advertising, social media, and email marketing into visually engaging and brand-consistent experiences. You will play a key part in the evolution and modernization of our brand across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist in visually designing and converting long-form content (eBooks, case studies, whitepapers) into engaging digital experiences using the Foleon platform (no coding required)
- Create compelling, on-brand digital banner ads and social media graphics leveraging Canva
- Design and produce on-brand marketing emails and digital assets aimed at driving engagement and conversions
- Edit and adapt stock photography to align with Trimble’s brand aesthetic and visual identity
- Ensure all digital content complies with Trimble’s brand guidelines and visual identity standards
- Maintain high design quality and attention to detail across all digital touchpoints
- Apply best design practices to ensure a consistent and user-centric experience
- Manage project timelines effectively to deliver high-quality work on schedule
- Collaborate with team members and assist with other design-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital content creation
- Experience with the Foleon content marketing platform or ability to quickly learn new tools
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles for digital media
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, visually appealing formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Basic to advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as a remote contractor
- Video and animation skills are a plus

- Competitive salary range: $65,780 - $85,445 (based on full-time schedule)
