Overview
As an Executive Business Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction, devising high-impact strategies, and overseeing their successful implementation. You will collaborate closely with C-suite executives, providing strategic guidance and championing initiatives to enhance profitability, efficiency, and market positioning.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of overarching business strategies and objectives.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the executive team.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Lead strategic planning processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Communicate and present complex strategies effectively to stakeholders and board members.
- Mentor and guide a team of strategists to execute plans and achieve targets.
- Evaluate and adapt strategies based on evolving business landscapes.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Certification in strategic leadership or relevant areas is highly desirable.
- 7 years’ experience with a proven track record in an executive-level strategic role or similar position.
- 5 years’ call center or revenue operations experience preferred.
- Five9 Dialer experience highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce suite of services, dialers, WFM, data modeling and SQL preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Compensation Information
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $115,000 to $139,250 annually.
