Brief Description Provide programming, user support, and training for SDI systems. Maintains and modifies as required the software applications for system advancements.
- Produce, modify, and debug computer programs to allow the production facility to achieve the highest level of output possible.
- Generate queries and reports to support the user community.
- Performs data analysis as required.
- Works with multiple hardware and software platforms of a complex nature.
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting and testing for software.
- Serve as member of team or project group in area of expertise as assigned by IT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field of study or equivalent previous experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server/T-SQL, PowerBuilder, .NET, C# is recommended.
- Must be capable of accurate diagnostics and troubleshooting of relevant software programs as related to the support of the entire divisional requirements.
- Oral and written communication skills of advanced quality are required.
- Ability to work in team situations with others.
