What You Will Do
- Lead paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms to drive lead generation and meet CPL/CAC goals
- Manage full-funnel performance by aligning creative, landing pages, and nurture workflows for conversion
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Compliance, Marketing) to align campaign execution and lead flow
- Test and scale new channels, platforms, and campaign types to reach new audiences efficiently
- Oversee CRO strategies and A/B testing for ads, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in paid digital media with a strong focus on performance and lead generation
- Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
- Familiarity with key platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and landing page builders (e.g., UnBounce)
- Experience with email/SMS engagement tools (e.g., Twilio, Sakari)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
