Job Summary: The Part-Time Coordinator, Digital Engagement will be responsible for creating daily reports based on surveys, monitoring and responding to reviews and social media comments/messages, publishing content on Estes communication platforms in accordance with our style guide, and other department support responsibilities as assigned. This position reports to the Manager, Employee Engagement & Communications-SCC and supports the department in successfully executing Company strategies.

  • Post content and responses to appropriate social media accounts and/or internal communications platforms
  • Manage incoming alerts for location moves and openings, gather necessary information, and update online listings
  • Provide support, coordination, and administrative activities related to internal and external communications
  • Create reports on customer survey responses, combining data from multiple sources and accurately assessing feedback
  • Generate reports, track communication platform reviews, and complete administrative tasks related to a variety of communication platforms (intranet, digital signage, social media, survey tools, websites, blogs)
  • Track metrics and generate reports related to various digital communications platforms
  • Monitor, edit, and publish employee-submitted content on our internal communication channels, and coordinate with employees on cross-posting content when appropriate
  • Assist in the production of large-scale internal events
  • Proactively support the needs of the Sustainability, Culture, and Communications teams by executing communication plans and strategies
  • Provide administrative support for managing vendor payments
  • Write and/or proof internal and external communications
  • Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications:


  • Associate’s degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of social media and/or digital communication platforms is required
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
  • Must be organized and be able to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Must be able to effectively communicate (verbal, written and listening)
  • Must be able to follow directions, work under supervision, and be flexible
  • 1 year of work experience in communications preferred
  • Able to work within tight deadlines and efficiently complete assignments while keeping a focus on accuracy and details
  • Creative thinker who has an eye for detail and style
  • Must be able to lift approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the job
  • Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct
  • Must be able to interact well with others
  • Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting
  • Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
  • Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
