Roles & Responsibilities
- Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best and we own it.
- Facilitate email marketing execution, including audience segmentation, list maintenance, drafting, testing, and deployment using a detailed checklist process.
- Build, test, and maintain email automation journeys.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support email campaign needs, offering technical guidance and to help ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Support social media as needed through content scheduling, caption writing, and collaboration with creative teams.
- Participate in regular touch base meetings to ensure alignment and progress across email and social campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital communications and using social media to promote a company or product.
- Proficiency with social media schedulers (e.g. Hootsuite) and email management platforms (e.g. Mailchimp).
- Proficiency with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Availability on scheduled evenings and weekends to support various email and social media needs globally (as assigned).
