As our next Digital Web and App Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our client’s digital presence and ensuring a seamless user experience for their customers. You will project manage and optimize our client’s website and mobile app, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital projects to success. Key Responsibilities


  • SEO and Analytics: Optimize web and app content for search engines to improve visibility and search rankings. Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Website and App Management: Project manage and assist with updates to websites and apps. Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • User Experience (UX): Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all digital platforms. Conduct regular usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design and functionality improvements.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate digital projects from inception to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the website and app. Provide support to users and internal teams as needed.
  • Compliance and Accessibility: Ensure all digital content complies with industry standards, including accessibility guidelines and data privacy regulations.


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in website and app management, including experience with Jira and WordPress.
  • Candidate must be located in Raleigh, NC or the surrounding area (within a commutable distance of the client office)


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience within or understanding of the local players in the Research Triangle regional transportation sector is a plus.
  • A focus on service, responsiveness, and superior client service.
  • Experience working collaboratively with a digital and creative department to conceive, create, and deliver outstanding digital communications is a plus!
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective local marketing campaigns with measurable results.

Location: This role is based in Raleigh, NC with an expectation to work onsite at the client office 4 - 5 days a week.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.


The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:


$67,020.00 - $125,327.00
