Car Wash Sales Attendant

We are seeking high energy, team players that can provide outstanding customer service and contribute to reaching personal and team goals for membership sales. Must be OK with working outside during all 4 seasons. WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Job Responsibilities

• A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our customers.
• Learn how to direct cars safely into the car wash tunnel.
• Learn the operations of the tunnel and practice tunnel safety.
• The ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask.
• The ability to work well in a team environment.
• The ability to effectively promote our monthly membership plans
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including landscaping.
• Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for customers and staff.
• Learn the processes of handling chemicals safely.
• Basic computer skills.
• Any duties assigned by leadership.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to model proper workplace behavior, including being respectful, honest and fair
• Open availability preferred - Weekends Required.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Travel between locations for training and developmental purposes may be required.
