About The Role


We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Kenosha branch. This role is vital to our success, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle order processing, inquiries, and support, ensuring our customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service. This position offers a competitive pay rate from $24 to $29 per hour, with a $2 shift differential, along with significant opportunities for growth and earning potential. The role is based at 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144. Key Responsibilities


  • Process customer orders and inquiries efficiently using Uline's advanced call center technology.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely assistance and support.
  • Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering platform to place orders and resolve issues.
  • Become a product and solutions expert by understanding our product catalog, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions confidently.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or promote additional products and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their concerns are addressed and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Minimum Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to provide comprehensive training for candidates with a strong desire to learn.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to operate computers and call center software efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
