About The Role


We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative based in South Carolina to join our growing team. In this role, you will support one of the largest financial providers in the United States through inbound calls—no cold calling required. The position is remote, with equipment provided by Foundever, and begins with comprehensive paid training. A quiet, distraction-free home workspace is required.

Qualifications

  • Must reside in South Carolina
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
  • Open availability required during operating hours
  • Strong professional communication skills and customer service aptitude
  • Ability to navigate system tools to locate information effectively
  • A reliable, hardwired high-speed internet connection (no wireless or 5G packages)
  • Must have a quiet, private workspace; webcam presence is required during training and work hours
  • Must use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire) for the first few days of training

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service calls
  • Provide accurate and empathetic solutions to customer inquiries
  • Follow company protocols and procedures
  • Navigate internal systems to retrieve and enter customer data
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and organizational ability
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
