Help future Cowboys find their place at OSU! As part of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, our creative and collaborative communications team is responsible for strategic communication, marketing, and outreach efforts to prospective students, their families, and other internal and external audiences. This includes creating engaging content and executing a robust communication flow for email, print, social media, web, events, and more using a CRM system. This position serves as the social media team lead and supports other duties as assigned by the Communications Coordinator, Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions for Communications, and the Director of Undergraduate Admissions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
Demonstrated experience in communications, including, but not limited to social media, video, web, writing, editing, and content creation. Related work experience in general communications, social media management, website editing, content creation, video editing, graphic design, publishing, and campaign implementation and planning.
Valid driver’s license
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to organize materials, write, edit, visualize concepts, communicate, and interpret goals, including demonstrated proficiency in the use of AP style and adaptive writing. Social media experience is required. Knowledge of communications and ability to align content with audience needs. Must learn quickly and adapt to a quickly changing environment.
Some evening and weekend activities, including social media monitoring, may be required to meet the needs of prospective students and their parents. Significant time spent on the OSU-Stillwater campus and at student events is expected in order to generate engaging content.
Ability to lift 45 lbs (recruitment materials)

Preferred Qualifications:
Two plus years of successful experience in communications. Experience writing content for multiple mediums, including email, print, social media, and web. Experience producing and managing social media content for a brand organization. Graphic design experience. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
