Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will manage communications materials, coordinate messaging strategies, and assist in maintaining a consistent and professional brand voice across various platforms and departments.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop, edit, and proofread internal documents, newsletters, presentations, and announcements.
- Coordinate internal communication campaigns to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
- Assist in the preparation of press releases, reports, and communication briefs.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain records of communication materials and manage communication calendars.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure effective and timely communication strategies.
- Monitor feedback channels and provide insights to improve communication practices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
