About the job

The Accountant Analyst Support position will prepare financial reports to track the organization’s income statement, payables, billing, and other related financial activities. This role will analyze past financial performance to predict future performance and to help assist the financial and accounting team in all aspects of the department as needed.


Duties/Responsibilities


  •  Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
  •  Billing and Invoicing: Assist and lead the billing process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers, including proper documentation and adherence to contractual terms.
  •  Payroll Assistance: Provide support in the payroll review process by collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  •  Reconciliations: Monthly bank reconciliations against revenue and other carrier or client payments.
  •  Additional Business Unit Support: Provide additional support, financial insights, and meet with other business units owned by Integrity at the direction of the VP of Finance.
  •  Incentive Ordering: Oversee and manage all incentive ordering for employees.
  •  Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all accounting activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve any outstanding issues and finalize financial results for reporting.
  •  Other Duties as assigned.


Qualifications


  •  Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, in business, finance, or accounting
  •  Minimum of 1-year financial experience required; 3+ YRS Preferred
  •  Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with functions such as pivot tables, x-lookups, macros, etc.
  •  Data analysis, financial reporting, data modeling, and/or account payable experience
  •  Strong attention to detail, good problem solving, and advanced analytical skills
  •  Excellent communication skills, articulate, and professional demeanor
  •  Motivated team player with strong organizational skills, ability to learn quickly and work on own initiative with a high bias for action and accountability
  •  Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
