About the job

You will provide accounting support to all RBDC entities and ensure full compliance with local and IFRS accounting standards. You will be responsible for RBDC Bank Reconciliation, utilizing multiple ERPs. Become an expert in all accounting-related activities occurring in these supported areas, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This role involves significant interaction with the RBNA and RBDC accounting and finance teams, as well as RBDC business units, including monthly reporting and addressing field questions. This position will include month-end and year-end accounting responsibilities.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES


Prepare RBDC Shared Service Bank Reconciliation utilizing multiple ERP’s Research and process customer corrections as needed per bank reconciliation Work with field in resolving discrepancies between bank & deposits Create journal entries for customer deductions Miscellaneous projects, journal entries & reporting per management request Provide audit PBC backup for interim and YEC external audits


Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:


  • 2+ years of accounting/finance work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of integrated accounting applications (SAP, S/4HANA)
  • SAP experience (FI/CO) is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong numerical and & analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • SAP S/4HANA ERP
  • SAP Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Beverage Distribution experience
  • Bank Reconciliation Experience a plus


This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.


The base salary range for this position is $52,000 - $78,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
