Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is accountable for identifying and pursuing potential clients and referral sources. The BDE will establish strong relationships within the community/assigned territory, and represent the company to prospective consumers with integrity, honesty and professionalism. The position includes all aspects of customer service, sales and marketing within the scope of the duties and responsibilities described below.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Territory sales management within the assigned counties of branch licensure
Identify referral sources for new clients
Establish and maintain a positive relationship with new clients
Develop annual sales and marketing plan with input from branch administrator
Maintain database of accounts including: contacts, phone numbers, address of account, account details and frequency of calling on account
Appropriately handle company issued cellphone to respond to all new and existing business in a timely fashion and with concern for confidentiality for consumers and company
Follow up with verbal and written communication to all client referrals in a timely manner
Provide potential clients/client representatives with information regarding company services
Respond to all requests for a client registration visit in a timely manner and whenever possible complete requested visit within 24 hours of initial request
Complete all aspects of registration paperwork thoroughly
Turn completed registration paperwork in to branch administrator in a timely manner
Communicate new requests for careprovider referrals on behalf of clients to client services in a timely manner
Assist branch administrator and client services in troubleshooting client needs when requested
Participate in community events, networking opportunities and marketing functions where it is reasonable to assume new business may be acquired
Maintain a mileage log
Submit expenses for reimbursement when necessary
Aide in developing marketing materials
Develop sales initiatives to drive acquisition of new business
Responsible for weekly growth of gross billing dollars
Observe HIPAA at all times
Participate in company CEMP when enacted
Utilize best practices to always observe nurse registry compliance with Florida statutes and regulations

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Valid State of Florida driver’s license with clear record
Ability to pass and maintain an eligible Level 2 background check through the Agency for Healthcare Administration
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
One year experience in sales or business development
Prior track record of success within a business development role
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for prolonged periods
Ability to sit for 20 + hours a week
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Ability to lift 25 lbs if needed
